How to complain

Please include what happened, when it happened, who was involved, what outcome you would like and how you prefer us to contact you.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the complaint, assess any immediate safety issue, investigate fairly, keep you informed and provide a clear response. No person should receive worse treatment because they raised a concern.
Safeguarding or emergency concerns
Where there is immediate danger, call 999. Safeguarding concerns may need to be shared with the local authority or police.
